At the helm of Gillespie Flight Center is Chief Flight Instructor Kathleen Devlin who has been training safe, confident pilots since 2020. She is a CFI-I and holds an AS in Aviation Operations-Management and a BS in Business Management.

Certified since 2013, Kathleen is known for her clarity, precision, and calm confidence in the cockpit. Her approach is hands-on, mentorship-focused, and deeply student-centered.

Every instructor at GFC trains under Kathleen’s leadership and shares the same high standards of professionalism, skill, and dedication to student success. You won’t be left to figure out next steps on your own, you’ll be paired with someone aligned with your learning style, goals, and pace.
